1. You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return to exchange it for another size.
2. No returns accepted for used/stained garments.
3. Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
4. You can request a refund from your account or please contact our customer service team by sending an email to: oesepbrand@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
